I provide person centred psychotherapy and art psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health conditions and support to people facing challenges in their lives.
There are times in all our lives when we experience stress, anxiety, loss or some form of emotional pain. It can be hard to deal with these experiences on our own, and sometimes it can be difficult to talk with those who are closest to us. This is when working with a therapist can help.
